This student exhibition is open to All USAO art students!It is offered annually at the end of the fall term.
Registration for the Holiday Show is only on the following dates.
Monday, Nov 11, 3-5pm
Tuesday, Nov 12, 3-5pm
Location: 3rd Floor Gallery, Davis Hall
A table will be set up in the hallway outside the elevator.
Fees: $1 per entry, CASH ONLY, up to 10 entries dependent on size.
Pay all fees and deliver work at the same time.
Title Cards:
Complete provided title card, tape to the back of 2D work or the bottom of 3D work. Write legibly. Include: Registration #, Name, Title of Work, Media, sale price or NFS (not for sale).
Permanent labels will be printed.
Media: All media is accepted.
Be prepared to pay fees and deliver all work at the same time.
All work must be produced under the auspices of the USAO Art Department (exceptions provided for transfers).
After paying fees and registering work, scatter work along the gallery walls. All work will be arranged by faculty.
Preparation:
All entries must be ready to hang, framed appropriately.
Framed work must have a hanging device.
Picture wire will be provided.
Use only craft tape or packaging tape.
DO NOT use masking/painters tape or duck tape anywhere!
Command strips can be used for work that is matted only.
Length:
All work must remain in the gallery for the duration of the show.

Saturday, Nov 23 @ 6pm
RELEASE:
Submission of work into Holiday Show and Sale 2024 by entrant grants permission for the use and/or reproduction of entrant's name, and/or entered work for publicity and/or recruiting purposes by the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
