Art Exhibition Rules and Regulations
1. No Experience Needed
Beautiful Minds MALI staff will guide participants throughout the creative process.
Our trained and experienced team is volunteering their time to ensure this exhibition is a memorable and meaningful experience for all.
2. Four One‑to‑One Art Sessions at Beautiful Minds MALI location.
Each participant will attend four one‑hour, one‑to‑one art sessions, held on Saturdays.
Participants must commit to attending all four sessions.
Each participant must be accompanied by one adult for the entire duration of each session (no exceptions).
Participants will not be able to attend their session without an accompanying adult.
Childcare is not provided during art sessions or at the exhibition events.
Participants may bring snacks or comfort items if needed.
3. Art Session Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance so the session can be reassigned.
It is the guardian’s responsibility to communicate cancellations and arrange any needed make‑up sessions.
If a participant misses a session without 24‑hour notice, organizers are not obligated to complete the artwork. Make‑up sessions will depend on space and staff availability.
Two “No‑Show” sessions will result in automatic placement on the waiting list and removal from the exhibition roster.
Participants may only be included in the exhibition if their artwork is fully completed.
Guardians are solely responsible for following up on rescheduled sessions, even when notice is given on time.
4. All Materials Provided
All materials required to complete the artwork will be supplied.
Art pieces may vary in medium and technique depending on the project.
5. Art Exhibit Rules and Regulations
The exhibition runs for approximately four weeks. All artworks will remain on display for the full duration (no exceptions).
Only event organizers are authorized to remove artwork from the exhibition area.
After the exhibition concludes, artworks will be available for pickup at designated locations and times (TBD).
Organizers are not responsible for artwork left unclaimed more than one week after the exhibition ends.
6. Opening Reception (Private Event)
Each participant will receive four tickets: one for the participant and three for guests.
The Opening Reception will take place in September 5, 2025, at the MACC.
This is a private event; an invitation ticket is required for entry (no exceptions).
Seating assignments are final and cannot be changed.
Organizers and volunteers will be present to assist and guide attendees throughout the event.
