$REGISTRATION CLOSED-CLASS FULL- We go together like PB&J\u2026Back to School Cooking Class!$

Students learn about the history and science of juice fresh grapes and turning that into from scratch Jelly, turning peanuts into fresh PB and how to preserve and can both for long term storage PLUS make from scratch loaves of bread. Each student receives a cookbook with recipes and tips and tricks as well as the items that are made during the class. Each child will get to slice their own bread (or help) on a bread slicer, learn to steam juice, process peanuts and can. Each student will take home a loaf of bread, a small jar of jelly, and a small container of PB plus get to try fresh made grape juice!
