About this Event
In the studio: 100 hours
Live online: 40 hours (more as needed)
Video practice and studies: 40 hours
This exceptional and in-depth programme combines traditional texts and teachings and practice with current scientific research to bring your understanding and teaching into the context of present day.
Upon completion of the Awake Yoga Teacher Training, you will experience how yoga works, where it comes from, the philosophy and practice behind the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the meaning and practice of energy work, the basis of functional anatomy, what makes up a balanced yoga practice. Once you know your yoga and how it works in your own life, you can share it with others.
We have developed this training into a hybrid in person and online format – using the advantage of online for clear and informative presentation, but keeping the personal touch so that you receive the personal attention and feedback you need. The training is part time, spread out over several months, to allow you to assimilate what you are doing as well as integrate yoga into your daily schedule.
Led by Natasha Gunn with Evi Bacsi, Flim Reydon, Eniko Pianovszky and Brinda van den Berg. More on our team.
