**More about SĀF-T training**
SĀF-T targets negative sensations associated with anxiety, discomfort, pain, and stress. While not therapy itself, SĀF-T employs eye movements akin to those in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) sessions.
This training opportunity is open to the public and will be held in-person on May 24th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (lunch provided).
