FAQS
What time should we arrive for the show?The Show will start promptly at 3PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 2:30PM to ensure seating in time for the show. The cash bar opens at 2:30PM with cocktail and other beverages.
What is the attire for the event? Show: Dressy casual or your favorite 20's costume.
Will mask be required at the event? Due to the large group setting and the nature of partner dancing we are strongly encourageing you to wear a mask during this event especially during the social dance party.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event? You may park anywhere in the parking lot at the Doubletree.
Should I bring anything to the event? We recommend a light jacket or wrap as the ballroom can get chilly during the show portion of our event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You may download the Eventbrite app with your tickets on it or you may bring printed tickets.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?Yes, but each guest must have a ticket to scan. In this case, giving a printed ticket to your guest may work best.
