Stafford Schools is proud to partner with Fredericksburg City Public Schools and Spotsylvania County Public Schools to host a regional screening of What Schools Could Be on Saturday, February 28, from 3–6 p.m. at Stafford High School. The screening will be the culminating celebration of Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month. The film showcases schools how schools are reimagining learning to better connect education with real-world opportunities, such as those happening here in our region.
CTE benefits all students by blending academic knowledge with hands-on experiences, industry credentials, and meaningful career pathways. Through strong partnerships with local businesses and industry leaders, our schools are expanding opportunities for internships, mentorships, and career exploration that prepare students for high-demand fields and strengthen our local workforce.
Families will have the chance to learn more about the wide range of CTE programs available, and students will see how their interests can translate into real careers. Whether a student plans to enter the workforce, attend college, enlist in the military, or pursue specialized training, CTE provides valuable skills that open doors.
Join us for this inspiring regional event as we celebrate CTE Month and explore what schools could be.
