Join us for an exclusive dinner experience in our award-winning restaurant. Enjoy a delectable 4-course dinner featuring Regiis Ova Caviar created by our culinary team—General Manager and Chef Alan Takasaki, Executive Chef Marc Freiberg, Sous Chef RC Cabalquinto and Pastry Chef Abigail Langlas. The dinner will feature wine pairings including Laurent-Perrier champagne. Meet Regiis Ova Caviar co-founder Shaoching Bishop who will provide a guided tasting of her caviar, as featured in each course.
