“Many thanks again to all of the good people who came along and contributed to our highly enjoyable and successful Reggae Got Soul 'Night For Andy Boyd' at the Franklin Cricket Club in August, from which we raised £606 in support of Medical Aid For Palestinians.
Following on from this I’ve decided to designate our October fundraiser to the same cause. No one who is reading this should be in any doubt about the plight of the Palestinian people in Gaza, but many may feel helpless to do very much about it. By helping RGS to raise funds for MAP we may not be able to stop the genocide, but we can make a material difference to those who survive the destruction of their lives, homes and land, who are now in dire need of our support.
Last year, with your help we raised a total of £876 for MAP. By coming along to Leith Depot on 25th October we could equal that sum and quite likely raise even more.” Jerry RGS
