Enjoy a 4-course, farm-to-table feast in an urban backyard garden lovingly tended by the founders of Ambrosia Produce Bags, a brand with a mission to reduce household food waste through reusable linen produce bags.
Ingredients will be sourced right from the garden and local farmers markets, and waste from the dinner will be turned into compost. We will engage in thought-provoking discussion about the importance of building a circular and local food system, and learn about ways to mitigate food waste from Jordan of Ambrosia Produce Bags.
