This program begins at 4:45pm to allow for set up between sessions.

Talk Bridgerton Season 4 and decorate a fan to send signals across a ballroom.

If you are more than 5mins late we cannot guarantee your spot in the class.

Note: Repeated failure to attend Wells Branch Library programs you are registered for could result in your being blocked from future registration.

This is the second Regency Fan session; you may only attend one session.
