Regency themed night of entertainment, music, dancing, costumes, bar & food in aid of Love Kingston, part of Kingston Charitable Foundation.About this Event
Mrs Bennets Ballroom dances are the epitome of elegance and romance.
Mrs Bennet's reputation is befitting of a true Regency Lady, she provides historical re-enactment dancers of high quality, and beautiful costumes for hire, allowing participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in a magical evening of dance and music in the stunning setting of All Saints Church, Marketplace, Kingston upon Thames.
Adding to the atmosphere of intrigue and excitement there will be classical musicians and artists, able to provide an interesting modern twist in true Bridgerton style on the dance floor.
Also entertaining us is The Director of Kingston Race and Equalities Council, John Azah, CBE, giving a short talk about Kingston's most famous Regency era resident, Cesar Picton
Musical interlude will be provided by Soprano Jane Wilkinson, and The New Voices Choir.
There will be food and drink for sale, kindly provided by The Lamb Pub, Surbiton.
We would love you to join us in our celebrations; dress code is whatever you would choose to wear for a lovely party.
If you were to wish to hire a costume for this event you will need to book an appointment, in advance of the evening's activities with Mrs Bennet
