Regen & Transform Crystal Sound Healing & Meditation with Liz is designed to help you release the past and set a clear, uplifting tone for the year ahead. Immersed in soothing sound vibrations, you’ll align your intentions and welcome new energy with clarity and peace.

This 1.5 hour immersive experience includes breathing exercises, guided meditation, a crystal bowl sound bath, and a unique AQIVE product experience to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional balance. We will also have a brief, post-session chat to converse on about each other's well-being and find strength in a supportive space.

Limited to just 8 participants, spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us prior to signing up if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated. If sensitive to cold temperatures, please bring your own jacket/ scarf.
