Introduction to Bioenergetic Analysis: regaining your life energy by reconnecting your mind and body.A Bioenergetic Self-Experiential workshop led by Karolina Rynkowska from Poland.
When our body and mind are connected, the life energy can flow without impediment and we feel alive, confident and naturally joyful. Unfortunately, traumas, especially relational traumas which we experience early in our life, limit this flow. It can be seen in our body posture, breathing and movement. Involuntary movement is an example of how the body tries to express and therefore regulate itself when it is given a chance.
Thus, breathing, involuntary movement and energetic flow are key elements of bioenergetic work. In the introductory workshop you will have an opportunity to explore your own patterns of:
- Breathing
- Involuntary movement
- Tender and aggressive flow
- Emotional expression
During the workshop main bioenergetic concepts will be presented based on self-experiential work in a form of the series of bioenergetic exercises, as well as in more relational work in couples and triads.
The fundamental concepts of Bioenergetic Analysis will also be theoretically presented and discussed in the light of modern trauma knowledge, psychosomatics and neuroscience.
This workshop is dedicated to everyone who wants to discover richness of bioenergetic approach, to broaden the scope of his emotional expression and unlock his natural vitality.
Dr. Karolina Rynkowska is a psychologist and a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist. She completed the first edition of 4-year Bioenergetic Training in Poland (2011-2015). In years 2012-2018 she held a position of president of Polish Association for Bioenergetic Analysis. Since 2016 she works as a therapist for individuals and groups in her private practice in Poznan, Poland. Her main psychotherapeutic interest focuses on grounding (contact with reality) and reconnecting with feelings (contact with energy), as these are two aspects of the healthy organism that can enjoy its own life.
The workshop fee 240 euro.
