Refurbishment News....We are pleased to announce we have recently signed off for a brand new refurbishment of the gym....
Works will begin Monday 4th November, with a full upgrade of all the cardio gym, the HIIT Area and all the resistance machines.
We will keep you updated via email and social media nearer the time.....
