When we attain an enlightened mind we also gain boundless and all-encompassing compassion that gives us the energy to work without interruption for the sake of others.
We like the idea of an enlightened state, but don’t necessarily believe that it is attainable, and we may even view it as unrealistic or impractical. Yet, Buddha taught that everyone has the potential for enlightenment and by following practical steps we can manifest this reality. Through study, contemplation, meditation, and the integration of spiritual insights into daily life, we gain conviction that enlightenment is possible.
