Refuge Retreat - Inner Protection for Difficult Times

When external situations feel unsettling and challenging it is essential to establish inner protection. With this inner protection we are empowered to maintain our inner peace; our wisdom and good heart, in all difficult situations.

We create this inner protection through the practice of going for refuge to the Three Jewels: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. In this retreat, through talks, guided meditation, and discussion, we will discover how to apply this rich and wonderful practice to our own lives.

This retreat follows the refuge preliminaries and is based on the book The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra.

This retreat uses the sadhana “Hundred Deities of the Joyful Land According to Highest Yoga Tantra,” that can be found in the book The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra.
