Join Laura Leathers, Licensed Professional Counselor and certified yoga therapist for a 90 minute educational and experiential lesson of yoga sutra 2.33. Move from the philosophy to application as you practice and learn real tools to help shift from states of stress and anxiety to meaningful action. In this workshop you can expect to engage in a practice full of a variety of yogic tools, including movement, breath, chanting, self-reflection, and community sharing. You can also expect to be challenged, become aware of your own patterns, and have some fun!
