Most reflexologists will have experienced clients with long term digestive disturbances, some are caused by stress, others by physical illness and also by lifestyle and emotional disturbance. In this workshop we will examine the digestive tract and how we, as reflexologists, can support our clients more readily with supportive aftercare, as well as some useful reflexology techniques to restore balance and promote healing.
You will learn:
- The impact of the digestive system imbalances on general health
- Lifestyle and it’s impact on the digestive system
- How reflexology treatments can be adapted to treat specific conditions or symptoms.
- How your clients can take responsibility for their own health with appropriate aftercare
- The role of self-treatment in control of symptoms and assisting digestion
