📍 Location & Parking:
The event will be held at The Greensboro Cultural Center at 200 N. Davie Street, Room 203, Greensboro, NC 27401

Free street parking is available in the surrounding area on a first-come, first-served basis. A paid parking garage is also located at the Church Street Parking Deck. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure parking.

What is this?
This is a curated community gathering where photographers, models, and creatives connect to create portraits, archive our joy, and fuel mutual aid—all in one event.

The Mission (Dual Support):

• Financial Support: A portion of every Premium Ticket is a direct donation to 21 Stated, supporting youth creative literacy and mental health programs.
• Material Support: We are running a concurrent donation drive for gently used clothes, hygiene products, and non-perishable food for local mutual aid distribution.

Event Format & Details:

• Bring Your Own Camera (BYOC): This is a collaborative, participant-led shoot. Photographers and models should bring their own gear. Custom set design will be available, courtesy of 21Stated.
• Structured Sessions: The day is divided into two sessions (AM & PM) to ensure a great experience. You select your session during checkout.
• Community Space: A central area for mingling, donation drop-off, and learning about 21 Stated’s work.
• Required for All Attendees: To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, all participants (models, photographers, creatives) are required to sign a liability and model release waiver at check-in before entering the event space.

Ticket Tiers Explained:

• PREMIUM TICKET ($20): Select your session (AM: 10:00-12:00 or PM: 12:30-2:30). Your fee includes event access and a direct donation to 21 Stated.
• COMMUNITY TICKET (FREE): Secure your spot by committing to bring a significant donation item (e.g., a gently worn shirt, a bag of groceries). Select your session.

What to Bring:

• Your camera/gear or your modeling vibe.
• Donation items (especially for Community Ticket holders).
• An open mind for collaboration.

• 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM: Setup & Check-Ins Begins
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Session 1 - Creative Block
• 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM: Community Intermission / Transition to Session 2
• 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Session 2 - Creative Block
• 2:30 PM - 2:45 PM: Formal Closing and Remarks + Breakdown
