About this Event
This is an in-person event for those wishing to explore and gently discuss the deeper aspects of our living experiences - our inner journey. A respectful, facilitated space for reflecting on teachings & literature from a variety of ancient & contemporary wisdom.
By contemplating on & interpreting a variety of material we will endeavour to raise our self-awareness, become more mindful, have better relationships and improve our everyday life situations.
We will decipher & reflect on the wisdom from ancient & contemporary teachers, philosophers, writers, poets & spiritual leaders: from Taoism to Carl Jung to Rumi; from Eckhart Tolle to Marcus Aurelius to the Zen masters and many, many more.These events are a calm, relaxed, friendly interlude in our otherwise busy lives... a gathering for those curious about our humanness, evolving and growing in consciousness.
