A presentation by Linda Rhodes with extracts from the memoir read by Craig Jobbins. Walter James's granddaughter Valerie Fincham will show us his original manuscript, service medals and other family memorabilia. Visitors welcome (£3.00) No pre booking, just pay at the door. The venue is a few minutes’ walk from Chadwell Heath Station on the Elizabeth Line. Buses 86, 62, 362 and 173 all stop nearby.
There is pedestrian access from the High Road to the Hall via a pathway beside the church. Parking is available in streets behind the church. Light refreshments are available at every meeting.

Society membership is £12.00 per person per year for full season (£6.00 if joining from February onwards) Associate membership £6.00 per season (the only entitlement of associate members is to receive the newsletter by post or by e-mail, and if they attend a meeting they should pay the visitor's fee).
