Mirror work is one of the most powerful somatic practices for deepening your Divine Feminine embodiment, self love, self expression, sensuality, and activating your life force energy.
Mirror work allows you to connect more deeply with your higher self, deepen your shadow work practice, and surrender into your Divine Feminine energy in order to invite more ease and flow into your life.
This potent practice will help you elevate your self-worth and confidence, and amplify your magnetism and power. It’s about you, connecting with YOU in a direct, intimate, and sometimes even confronting way. There's no hiding with mirror work. It's you with you. It’s a simple, yet incredibly powerful practice that will support you in knowing yourself more deeply.
This workshop is for women who:

REFLECTED (live) is a 3-hour workshop in Los Angeles, facilitated by Lauren Salaun, that will support you in surrendering more deeply into your Divine Feminine energy, activating more of your sexual energy, and amplifying your magnetism and power. This will be a powerfully transformative experience.
What to bring / How to prepare:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in that you feel sexy and powerful in (this can be lingerie, workout clothes, etc.)
- Bring layers just in case (we'll be moving, and also have some moments of reflection, so we want you to be as comfortable as possible)
- Journal
- Water bottle
- Come with a great attitude, ready to have fun, ready connect with yourself (and some new friends), and ready to step outside your comfort zone (in a safe space!)
About Lauren Salaun (Facilitator)
Lauren is a women's mentor, creatrix, somatic healer, and transformational facilitator for embodied feminine leaders.
Her mission is to awaken the unapologetic Divine Feminine and support women in remembering their true essence, connecting deeply with their body and intuition, and activating their sexuality, voice, pleasure, and purpose to new levels.
Passionate about supporting women in amplifying their magnetism, attracting (and holding) abundance, and living as their most aligned and fully-expressed, she is committed to elevating feminine power and leadership.
She is a certified somatic healer and life and sucess coach, certified in NLP (neurolinguistic programming), EFT (emotional freedom technique), TIME Techniques, Reiki, FIRES Somatic Coaching, Life and Success Coaching (with a trauma informed lens), and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
She also has extensive training and experience in emotional intelligence, masculine/feminine energetics and Divine Feminine embodiment, and sexual energy activation.
