Give yourself some space to pause and reflect on this past year! Journaling can be therapeutic and help to untangle mind clutter or provide wisdom where you can connect the dots from the past to give clarity going forward into 2026.We will spend the first part of this 90 minute class with journal prompts reflecting on 2025, then do some Gentle Yoga (with a restorative vibe) with a Yoga Nidra to reset the body and brain. We'll finish with a group circle to share (only if you want to) and set an intention to bring with us into the new year.
Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body in various postures. Restorative Yoga poses are passive and require no prior experience!
Yoga props will be provided.
Please bring the following:
-yoga mat
- journal + pen
- cozy blanket for extra comfort
- socks
- eye pillow (If you have one)
