About this Event
Step into the New Year feeling refreshed and ready to pursue your best life.
Join us for “Reflect, Reset, and Reimagine,” an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to help you process the past, embrace the present, and shape a fulfilling future.
Guided by sisters Aloma Loren and Kaile Rose, this experience combines meaningful journaling, intention setting, and a series of engaging, reflective activities—all set in a cozy, welcoming space.
What’s Included:
- Guided Journaling & Reflection: Start by creating a “storyline” of the past year using reflection prompts and Google Photos to capture memories, followed by the Rose, Thorn, and Bud exercise to highlight key moments.
- Vision Jar Creation: Design your own intention jar with elements like moss, stones, and herbs, symbolizing the intentions you wish to carry forward. Each jar is a personal reflection of growth, and participants can optionally share the meaning behind their jars.
- Group Activities & Sharing: In small groups, engage in collaborative exercises like “Movie Plot of the Year,” where you’ll creatively piece together highlights of the past year and share with others.
- Wheel of Life & Present Reflection: Assess where you are now with a Wheel of Life exercise, followed by journaling prompts to reflect on current feelings and areas for growth.
- Intention Setting & Releasing the Past: Write down what you wish to let go of, and then participate in a ritual of release by shredding these notes, leaving behind what no longer serves you.
Special Features:
- Cozy blankets and pillows for a comfortable, reflective space
- Ambient background music, a fireplace, and tea and coffee carts
- Oracle cards, snacks, and additional journaling materials for deeper contemplation during breaks
This workshop is designed for anyone seeking clarity and purpose in the coming year. We’ll create a nurturing environment with interactive prompts on the walls and the warmth of community conversation, allowing you to connect deeply with yourself and others.
