Reflect & Rise is a 3-hour workshop designed to help you:

💫 Create a clear and inspired vision for the new year.
This is not about setting unrealistic New Year’s resolutions. Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Instead, it’s about slow, intentional change—small, meaningful steps that build over time to create a brighter, more authentic version of yourself.

Execute the Plan: (And yes, you’ll have the tools to start!)
