The Refelct & Reset Wellness Day is a perfect chance to take some time out on the weekend ... whether you are craving some extra space for relaxing or some more fun and adventure to try something new.I'm excited to be hosting this at, and collaborating with, Smart Recovery and Wellness on South Road at Keswick. I absolutely love the team there and I’m excited to be collaborating with them to showcase their wellness services and facilitate an afternoon to recharge.
The day will start with a group Stretch & Scribe session. We will begin with a Stretch session on grounding mats to create space in both your mind and body. Then, we will move to the tranquil Salt room for a reflective Scribe session to enjoy some reflective journaling and experience the respiratory health benefits of the Salt room.
Following this, you can choose two 30-minute services of your choice from the exclusive offerings at Smart Recovery and Wellness. Options include InBody Scans, Lymphatic Drainage, Body Roll, Infrared Sauna with red light, Amplify Infrared Sauna (maintained at 65-75 degrees), and Contrast Therapy (Ice bath set at 5-7 degrees & hot tub).
Refreshments like herbal tea and water will be provided, along with towels and gowns for your comfort during services.
Only 10 tickets are available for this event. Perfect opportunity to grab a friend to experience it all together.
