Are you starting the new year feeling a bit stuck? Are you struggling to find the time and support to process the year you've had, and set your direction for what you would like to create in 2025?

This workshop will give you that space to digest 2024 in all of its ups and downs, challenges and breakthroughs and step forwards in the direction you would like to move towards in 2025.
And setting sustainable and long term goals and intentions that help you re assess throughout your year, as a powerful reminder of what is important to you. Rather than creating a thousand goals that will be forgotten about or burn you out in a week.
So come in from the dark drizzle of winter, to a table of likeminded equestrians and a a hot drink, open a fresh page in your notebook, and gather your exclusive Reflect & Reset worksheet for an evening which will help set your 2025 rudder in an aligned direction.
There will be no resolutions, no pressure to become something you're not - but instead, a chance to come back to you a little bit more.
You will be guided through questions to journal and reflect on, discuss and share with likeminded people, and finish with a half hour vision board workshop to encapsulate what you have discovered, to bring with you as a visual anchor and manifestation tool to come back to an add to as the year unfolds.
You will be amazed what comes to fruition when you set it in your minds eye.
Truthfully, we never know what the year will bring. BUT when you take the time to set a barometer, a direction - the little decisions are along the way start to gently move you, in alignment with them. And perhaps leading you and your horse to an entirely different destination.
The workshop is £40, and this includes:
