Start the new year with purpose and peace at our Reflect & Renew: Vision & Intentions Workshop!This two-hour, hands-on experience is designed to help both adults and kids set meaningful intentions for the year ahead; mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Adult Workshop:
Join Christy for a guided reflective experience focused on reconnecting with your purpose, releasing the weight of last year, and creating a clear vision for 2026. You’ll participate in journaling exercises, intention-setting prompts, and a creative vision activity that aligns with your values and goals across all 7 pillars of wellness.
Kids Workshop:
Led by our Pursuing Wellness team, kids will explore gratitude, kindness, and goal-setting in a fun, age-appropriate way. Through art, movement, and mindfulness, they’ll learn how to express their hopes and dreams for the year ahead, leaving with their own mini vision board to take home.
Together, these sessions create a family-wide reset, where everyone begins the year grounded, inspired, and connected.
