Reflect and Restore event
Wellness by Kate is excited to bring together a collaboration between Centred Spirit, Beyond the Wave and Flow Hypnotherapy. Join us for an afternoon of reflection, relaxation and community. The afternoon will consist of a restorative and gentle yoga flow, followed by breathwork, group hypnosis, reiki, journalling and discussion. This is the time to come back to yourself and reflect on the year you have had, while being surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded people.
Bring your water bottle, journal, and a willingness to receive the beautiful, healing gifts on offer.
