REFIT MOVES & CRAFT BREWS @ Great Black Swamp Brewing Company
Join Jody Bronowski and Aliescha Green, both certified REFIT® Instructors, for this FUN cardio dance fitness workout that doesn't feel like a workout. If you've never tried REFIT, do yourself a favor and come check it out. ALL fitness levels are welcome!!
After moving your body, get ready to satisfy your thirst with some of GBS Brewing Company's amazing craft brews or have another type of drink (seltzers, ciders, wine, liquor) and spend some time socializing with our amazing community!!
Please register today to secure your spot in class. Your $10 registration fee gets you an hour of REFIT and your FIRST BREW!!! (If you don't like beer, there's seltzers, cider, wine and liquor too)
