Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years it's important to practice in a safe and sustainable way for your body. Many of the poses and transitions we do in yoga can cause stress on the joints and could also potentially lead to injury. In this workshop we will explore a basic functional anatomy, bio mechanics and most importantly how yoga is not a one size fit's all practice- we will all be practicing differently depending on our own unique structure. Refining your practice will allow you to continue to practice in a safe and healthy way for your own body for many year's to come!
