In this workshop, expect an alignment conversation and practice in most of the poses we do in classes starting from the ground up. We'll dissect specific alignment cues to create support, stability, strength, focus, and ease throughout your yoga practice. Sometimes that little tweek can make a big difference. This is for anyone who's looking to refine or tune up their yoga practice or has specific questions about alignment. All levels welcome!
