Karratha Water Polo Association, with the support of Water Polo Western Australia, invite all members to attend our Referee & Rules Clinic on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th of November.The event will be hosted by guest referee Manon Gebauer from WAWPI (flying in from Perth) and will cover the basic rules of water polo, helping build confidence in and out of the water.
This clinic is suitable for all players, with or without referee experience, looking to gain a greater understanding of the sport. Existing and prospective club referees are strongly encouraged to attend.
Thursday 6th – Manon will shadow and mentor refs on game night. The option will be there to sign off anyone currently completing their officials course.
Friday 7th – Following a brief Senior Extension Training scratch match, a clinic session will be held in the KWPA clubrooms from 6:30pm-9pm. A light dinner will be provided.
