Join Dr. Ree for a transformative evening of relaxation and renewal at the Texas Museum of Asian Cultures. The ReeNewed Energy Sound Bath Meditation experience is designed to help you release stress, restore harmony, and reconnect with your inner peace through the healing power of sound!
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments as you journey into a state of deep rest and relaxation. Whether you’re new to my sound bath meditations or a regular participant, this space is open for everyone!
What to Wear/Bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- A yoga mat, chair, or blanket, pillows, and any other comfort items you would like to enhance your experience
- An open heart and a willingness to relax
