Meet the Filmmaker! Quintina Lawrence is a Canadian-Guyanese screenwriter, director and production designer whose work explores themes of survival, identity, love, vulnerability, sexuality and emotional
connection through a grounded, character-driven lens. She is drawn to stories that center marginalized voices and challenge conventional narratives about family, youth, and belonging. Her latest project “No Love Lost’’ takes us on a journey of self-discovery through intimacy, honesty and the power of love. Quintina will engage with our audiences at SAPPHIC SPACE SHORTS on Mon Feb 2nd at 5:50pm at the central branch of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library (Central Branch) @kingstonfrontenacpl where NO LOVE LOST will screen with 8 other short films from around the world!
