Reed Turchi brings his signature "slide guitar & kudzu boogie" back to The Groove on Thursday December 11th.

A Grammy-Award Winning, Emmy-Nominated musician and producer, Turchi learned slide-guitar in North Mississippi and Memphis before eventually relocating to Brooklyn. Hailed by Rolling Stone as "a burst of blues rock...spontaneous & crafted," and as "vital, live, and essential," by Living Blues Magazine, Turchi will be performing with his full band — Joseph Yount on drums, Seth Barden on bass, and Eric Burns on guitar.

Rooted in styles ranging from North Mississippi Hill Country Blues to New Orleans funk and Memphis soul, this will be an uptempo, kudzu-drenched affair.
