After selling a family retail business that Mark ran for 30 years, he had time to reflect on what went well and what didn’t and then he received an email out of the blue inviting him to a webinar about motivation. After attending he realised his motivation for his business had been at times high but at other times low and then decided to make motivation a focus for his coaching business. He now works with business owners and people professionals using the principle of managing energy as a priority for performance.
