Topic & Speaker: The holidays can be a stressful season for anyone, but it can be particularly painful for families and children that have experienced the loss, trauma, changes, and pressures that come along with foster care and adoption. Together we will learn strategies to decrease holiday stress and anxiety and make the season more enjoyable for your family.
Sarah E. B. McIlvenna, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 19 years of experience, operating a private practice called Restoration Waters Counseling in Winder, GA. The credentials MSW signify a Master of Social Work degree, while LCSW means she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is qualified to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. She works with children, adolescents, and families, specializing in areas like trauma, behavior problems, and women's issues.
