Come join us at The Commons Community Kitchen and Café at The Minories and step into the World of Bread and Sourdough.
Get ready to understand the difference between genuine Sourdough and industrially produced bread and to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of sourdough and rediscover the joy of baking with natural ingredients. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete novice, this event is perfect for anyone looking to know more about this topic.
The talk will last approximately three hours, where the aim is to spread the knowledge about Sourdough, its benefits for our health, promoting and supporting the local bakeries that produce it, local farmers, millers, who with sacrifice, passion and knowledge produce this bread for the community in Essex.
There will be bakers and many other guests who will share their xperience about Sourdough with those present. Sourdough bread samples will be included. Drinks will be not included.
