Rediscovering Personal Values

Info: ‘Rediscovering Personal Values’ is a workshop intended to provide clarity to one’s personal values, unpack the motivations behind those values, and explore what it means when these values are in tension with one another. Based on rigorous academic research, we look at theories that categorise and sort our personal values, the dual functions of our values as a whole, and set actionable steps for how we can consciously deal with the internal conflict when some of our values clash.
