Dive into a world of playful exploration and expressive movement, where the body becomes our primary tool for communication. This workshop is a journey to rediscover spontaneity, embrace vulnerability, and overcome fears and self-doubt through the joy of physical expression. How well do you understand your body language? Together, we’ll uncover new ways of communicating without words, tapping into the power of non-verbal expression. By giving space to your inner child, you'll explore a realm where the body speaks louder than words.
Through engaging exercises in attention, rhythm, listening, and relationships, participants will learn to let go, say yes, and celebrate their imperfections in a judgment-free zone. Transform the fear of falling into the pleasure of playing.
Open to everyone aged 16+ who is curious about laughter, creativity, and exploring the art of being present. No prior experience is needed—just bring your sense of curiosity and willingness to play!
