(re)DINE presents an innovative solution to the problem of food waste. In collaboration with ReCity Network, we combine fresh ingredients and surplus food from local farms into chef-prepared meals that provide a nourishing meal to Medicaid recipients and at risk neighbors for free. The excess food is composted or fed to animals on local farms where the cycle repeats itself!
