About this Event
The end of the year can often be a time for reflection. If you’re someone who is more growth-oriented or introspective, you might take intentional time to think about what went well, what didn’t go well, and/or what you hope the new year will bring. This is a necessary step in the process of making positive changes in your life! The challenge is, sometimes the specific lens through which you reflect and view your “successes” and “failures” may not serve your more meaningful desires.
If you are craving more joy, engagement or fulfillment, knowing your own personal definition of success and setting specific goals in line with it will dramatically shift not only what happens in your life externally, but also (and perhaps, more importantly) how you experience your life internally!
In this workshop, Ariel and Tasha will help you cultivate a more aligned and fulfilling work-life in preparation for the new year. Through interactive exercises, we will guide you in:
- Recognizing messages about success that you are strictly extrinsic or subconsciously adopted from others
- Accepting and letting go of external messages and influence
- Investigating and re-defining your version of success, considering both extrinsic and intrinsic measures
- Nurturing your definition and feeling aligned with your work and life
Prepare to walk away feeling more peaceful in, empowered by, and aligned with your personal pursuit of success.
