Join us at the Hagaman Library (East Haven) on Wednesday, October 2nd at 6:30pm (Demayo Room) to learn & discuss:-boundary setting,
-language reframing, and
-the transformative practice of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly known as “tapping”.
Discussion of these topics aim to empower women to reclaim their bodies, embrace self-care, and cultivate resilience in the face of life's challenges. This a FREE WORKSHOP, open to everyone (guys-you too!)

*Extra parking for evening and weekend library events is available in the East Haven Town Hall parking lot on 250 Main Street (across the street from the library), in the KeyBank parking lot next to the library (after 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays) and in the Stop and Shop lot behind the library, accessible from Messina Drive.
