Dive into Redefine Your Core: A 6-Week Pelvic Floor Clinic and wave goodbye to double-unders becoming a water sport! Led by Coach Sara, a Pre-Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Coach Lis, a Certified Athletic Trainer, this dynamic duo will guide you through exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and provide insights into anatomy and injury prevention. Over 6 sessions, you'll understand the role of the pelvic floor in core stability, receive personalized exercises, learn injury prevention strategies, and build core strength, boosting your confidence and control.Once a week, we'll gather in person at Juggernaut Fitness for an hour-long session. These sessions will include engaging anatomy lessons and physical activities, putting your newfound knowledge into action in a supportive group setting. Plus, included in this 6-week series are homework-based learning/training, videos, and a personal assessment. Our goal? To empower you to perform movements without the dreaded bladder leaks.
