REDCAN Run Together is an exercise initiative for REDCAN members to get to know each other and walk/run together.
We hold these at different timings and locations to vary it up a bit. All good fun. Each walk/run will be about 3-5km.
We'll arrange into group sizes consistent with Covid-19 regulations. Your medical okay to participate is your responsibility.
Remember: we're not about distance or pace, we're about cultivating the enjoyment of healthy habits that create positive results every day.
