Redbridge Rainbow December creative meet-up: Sound bath

Our meet-ups are a great chance to connect with other local LGBTQ+ people and allies and take part in some creative activities and explore issues around our health and wellbeing.

This month Lottie from Well Social will lead a sound bath session. Lottie is a sound and meditation practitioner who holds space for deep rest, renewal, and connection. Using the rich resonance of gong, crystal singing bowls, and gentle chimes, she weaves sound and stillness into a journey of release and emotional reset. Her session invites you to soften, allow yourself to relax and be held in the healing vibrations.

Please bring along anything that will make you comfortable such as a mat, cushion or blanket.

PLEASE NOTE: This session is not suitable for people who are pregnant, have epilepsy or those who have metal in their body inlcuding a pacemaker.

The room can be accessed via lift or stairs. There are toilets, including an accessible toilet on the same floor.

Please note this meet-up is for people aged 18+.
