Join us for a an itty bitty powwow where beautiful things regularly happen, and a blanket drive supporting the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation of South Dakota. This is our 29th annual gathering. For roughly the past twenty years we have worked with Alex White Plume of Anderson, SD to insure that new, washable blankets find homes with the families who can use them the most. This is our annual giving event. We need monetary donations for shipping the blankets as well as blankets. Blankets should be new, washable, lightweight and shippable.
Due to the cost of shipping, we cannot accept used blankets or used clothing. If those items are donated anyway, we will distribute them locally, either to other non profits, or directly to families in our local region.
