𝐑𝐄𝐃𝟐𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃Swim in one of South Africa's most stunning locations - Knysna Estuary. The Red2Head Swim is a chance to get active, enjoy fresh air and support a good cause at the same time. Swimmers will start 2 hours after tide has turned to allow the full effect of the outgoing tide to assist swimmers on their journey.

Choose your distance and starting point - Red Bridge 10KM | Crabs Creek 7.5KM | Belvidere 5KM. Registration will take place on Thesen Island between 05H00 and 05H30 on race day. A shuttle will then leave Thesen Island at 05H40 and take you to your various starting points. The Red2Head swim will start at 06H00 from the Red Bridge. Each following starting points will begin their race when the first swimmer from the previous distance comes past that location.

All swimmers are required to use a swim buoy, which can be purchased online through various retailers.
